Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply when you visit Voyamovo or place an order through our website. By using the site, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy, Shipping, and Refund and Returns policies.

1. Store operator

This store is operated by Voyamovo Online Store, a business registered in the Philippines. Registered address: Bonifacio Street, Camiling, Tarlac, Philippines 2306. Questions may be sent to support@voyamovo.com.

2. Products

Voyamovo sells made-to-order wall art. Product photographs and room mockups are illustrative. Screen settings, lighting, print production, and scale may cause reasonable differences in color or appearance. Please review the stated size, material, frame, and orientation before ordering.

3. Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error, unavailable destination, suspected fraud, payment failure, or fulfillment problem.

4. Prices, currency, and payment

Prices are displayed and processed in Philippine pesos (PHP) unless clearly stated otherwise. Shipping is charged separately. International card providers may apply conversion or foreign-transaction fees. Payment is handled by the payment provider shown at checkout; Voyamovo does not store complete card details.

5. Taxes, customs, and duties

Any tax collected by the store will be shown during checkout. The recipient is responsible for import duties, customs charges, and local taxes not collected at checkout.

6. Changes and cancellations

Contact us immediately if an order needs to be changed or cancelled. Because production can begin quickly, cancellation is not guaranteed after the order enters fulfillment.

7. Shipping, damage, and refunds

Delivery estimates, address responsibilities, damaged-item claims, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

8. Intellectual property

The Voyamovo name, logo, artwork, product images, copy, and site content are protected intellectual property. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit them without written permission.

9. Website use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with store operation, upload malicious code, or use the site for unlawful activity.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voyamovo is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website, carrier delays, customs action, or events outside our reasonable control. Our responsibility for a valid product claim will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s location.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the store, products, or legal requirements change. The version published on this page applies from its stated update date.
